Anyone ever bought/examined pedals from these guys? http://www.ultimatepedals.com/pedal.htm Will aftermarket pedals for e36 fit ok?

My car came without the rubber cover for my clutch pedal and am thinking about just replacing/covering the whole set with these.

hmmm.... do they replace the old petals or do they just sit ontop of the old one?
