QUESTION: How to replace sunroof liner?

Is there an easier way to do this? Or do I need to take the entire lid off. I was hoping there was a way to slide it out somehow.

I just need to replace the liner, that has a hole in it.

Partially open the sunroof and unclip the front, then close/tilt open it and it will slide out. No need to remove the panel.
