It's pretty easy, there's a clip at the top of the pillar. Gently pry it with a thin flat head. There is also another clip with a metal insert at the bottom, every time I have removed an A-pillar it breaks. .. So GENTLY as possible pry at the top, then slide it up and out.

This is the truth, same goes for putting it back in. Make sure you've got that tab seated correctly before you apply pressure to pop the top clip back in, or that will also break the tab. Ask me how i know lol.

Ok then heres a second question, assuming I break it, since everyone who pulls it out prolly breaks it at least once, are they easy to find in like junk yards??

I ran wires for map light mirror harness down there to kick panel without removing A pillar. Why do you think you need to remove the A pillar in order to run wires?

where did you run them, the PO decided to run them in the door seal but its done like crap and the seal doesnt stay up, so I wanna run them inside the A pillar on up, but I have no idea how you would put wires in the A Pillar without removing the A Pillar??

                Top down. Not bottom up.

Remove sun visors and cover panel. Follow other wiring from check panel. I may have used a straightened coat hanger (or fiberglass electrician's fish rod) to go between exposed hole at top of A pillar down to kick panel. Just tape string or wire to coat hanger end and push through to kick panel. Disconnect string from coat hanger and remove coat hanger.
Then use string to pull wire harness.
