What options are there for a wood grain shift knob?

I have a 91 318i with black leather comfort seats and grey carpet...

I wouldn't mind classing up the interior a bit with a wood grain shift knob. I would like something factory. What options are out there? And how does the shift knob come off?

The OE shift knob will pull right up, just have to yank hard enough.

I'm running the wood knob out of a bmw 2002. It's exactly like the early model e30 leather wrapped knobs, but wood...I picked it up off of a 2002 forum for $40. They're a bit pricey, a bit hard to find, but a cool touch IMO.

I have a woodgrain oe doorknob with the m-stripe, 5-speed pattern. I have no idea what it came from, possibly a euro option? It's the best damn knob I have ever had.
