Would any recaro gurus be able to spot these for me as well... If they are the correct version that would fit with an adapter I'll most definitely scoop them up. Thanks!

Finally After searching for my "100.00 Recaros" I got a set, that will be going into my E30 after slight refreshment.

I was looking for a cheap set for a while and finally on my 3rd attempt I was able to pick up a set. It did take 30.00 worth of gas and 380km later I got my own 80.00 Recaro set.

it will be my winter project to repar 2 flattened bolsters and stitch up a worn piece, other than that they are in respectable condition.

I think i want to leave the centeres grey and dye the rest in navy blue to match the rest of the interior? Yes/No, ideas?

From the look of the seats in your pic you have 4 flattened bolsters that need to be replaced, the upper ones look good though.

                            Update:

The seat bottoms were taken apart. 2 bolsters were totally good and 2 were flat, but repairable...Looks like due to the age of it, the foam just spit on top of the bolster and it just lost its shape.

Here is what I did, I used all good pieces and made one like new seat (on the right).
The seat on the left has received some extra treatment...both "bad" bolsters were rebuild by adding extra foam and spray glue. To reinforce the whole build, I used slices of duck tape. How the bolsters are tight and firm, they did lost a little bit of its shape (you can see some weaving on the fabric).

I'm happy with the outcome, but I still need a piece of compatible fabric to patch up the upper bolster.

If you have any questions just shoot them and I will help the best I can.

Does anyone know if the rear seats fit in the e30 position?

I found some front and rear seats for a good deal, and I am debating If should buy just the fronts or not.

                              Also, post pics guys!
