Will this OBC/check panel fit my '88 M3?

Digging through trash in my parents' garage and came across this OBC and Check panel that I pulled out of a junked Euro E28 10-12 years ago. Had no use for them then (just thought they were cool) and totally forgot about them.

RealOEM says different part numbers. So I would ASSUME no. But I cannot say with 100%.

It should fit. It is a different part number because it's in a different language. OP, you have a PM.

I didn't look at that. German E30 OBC is part number 65811386866
German E28 OBC is 65811386866


Should be golden. But the one above says something different.

It will work fine, just remember to swap the coding plug from the old OBC to the new one if you want the Range options to be (80's) accurate
