Seat belt lach with after market bucket seats?

So what is the deal. I am going to be picking up a cobra fixed bucket seat this weekend with non adjustable mounts. How do you guys relocate the seat belt lach?

I am assuming I just unbolt it from the seat, then drill a hole in the trans tunnel, and bolt it in, but do you guys use some wide as washers, or maybe some 6mm plate to distribute the load?

Simply bolt it to the back bolt of the seat. Well unless you are buying bottom mount seats. Then bend it 90 degrees and mount it to the back trans tunnel side bolt.
