I must say, they look WORLDS better than the E36 seats you had in there before.

Awesome work, Ken. One of these days, I'll have to sprint over to Eugene and come check them out.

The first seat took me about 3 times as long as the second one did. It wasn't very difficult. Just take the back off and start pulling the fabric off. There are just a lot of little metal rings holding most of it on. You have to use pliers to get them off. I used small zip-ties when I put the new stuff on. I think they'll work better.

My seats are in need of being freshened up.
Regarding the price, there was some miscommunication and I got them both for what was supposed to be the price of one. Talk to Diego about pricing for them. It was around $60 for the postage and it took a week for me to get them.

haha, I hadn't even noticed that until now. I always just lay my clean laundry all over my futon/couch. And to be honest, I'm not that impressed with the quality of the True Religions. I have to take them in to a tailor to get some seams repaired. Get Chip and Pepper or Paper Denims if you want some quality.

I still have to spray dye the back panels of the seats. I'll take some better quality pictures when I get them all done. I think I'll have to break out the tripod and set it to a slower shutter speed to capture the complete blackness of them haha.

they kind of look like a velour fabric. Is that what it is?

Haha, it looks like velvet in the pictures. It has a little sheen (probably from some polyester content) that the reflects the flash. They're pretty flat black in person. The cloth is much thicker than the stock fabric too. Like I said before, I'm going to take a lot more pictures of them with a tripod and longer exposures so you can really get a good idea of the cloth. When I get back from vacation next week I'll finish them up.

Yeah, I've got a couple pairs of sevens. They're pretty good quality. I've thought about getting a pair of Diesels, but most of theirs are just too 'out there.' I've always thought AGs seemed like POSs (they feel like they'd fall apart after one wash), perhaps they're decent. Energies seem a bit too "Italian" in their styling haha. Definitely get a pair of Papers if you want a nice pair of jeans (although the knees on mine are starting to wear through after 5 years of wearing/washing them regularly- I've got the Fusions btw).

Funny how you always see higher quality work come out of 3rd world countries then from America.
