Part numbers for screws that hold in underpanel?

I have an newer under panel I got for my E30 that I am trying to put in but I need the clip. I am trying to order them by part number but bmwfans.info only lists only number 12:

Dont I need three different types as I have pointed out with the arrows?

Anyone know the part numbers for the clips/screws that go in the middle and the back of the panel?

#17 seems like an oddball size.

The bottom part of that panel clips into #13. The bracket clips onto the steering shaft and the panel clips into that.

          Just ordered these today actually:

51-45-1-916-579 (x3) plastic half screws for the top portion
51-45-1-906-532 (x1) it a bracket that secures the lower portion, the cutout that is square near where the pedals are located.

          Total about 7-8 bucks.

I had 4 people look at my car at the dealership to determine the correct pieces, so also props to BMW of mount laurel in NJ.
