Finding another cloth sport seat in good shape?

OK, I'm close to giving up on the search, but I have the gray/anthracite sport interior in my 91, see pic. The passenger is pretty good and the rear is as well but the driver's seat is beat. Structurally sound but needs a new skin.

Is it possible to get this cover anymore from anywhere or find another matching seat I can replace the driver with? I've been looking for a couple months, had WTB threads on some boards with no response. Are these really that rare or hard to find? Should I sell the seats and matching cards and just do a full interior swap?

I e-mailed him, his pics only show the 3 panels for the back, nothing about the seat bottom, hopefully he has the whole seat and not just the back.

That part number (52108106253) is $207.86 at the BMW dealer I checked.

Guy was non-responsive to my e-mail directly asking if its the whole seat or just the bottom or back. He has not changed his add to reflect anything different, not sure what the hell his deal is.
