    Harness bar manufacturers

Anyone besides Speedware make a quality harness bar that attaches at two points on each side.

    Thanks,

    Tyler

The speedware one is pretty sweet. I helped install one into an M3 a couple months back.

Once again (!!!), I agree with Heeter (!!!)

The only exception would be in an autox- that's the only time I would use a harness bar.

Spare me the "it's my ass, I'll take the risk"........It's just not worth it. A true roll bar is not much more $$$ than a harness bar, and if you're worried about hurting your car or reducing it's resale value by installing a roll bar, don't be.

Unfortunaltly adding a roll bar would effect the resale greatly in my case. I am looking for the harness bar to add belts to keep me in the seat better. I have of course heard all the stories, the car will not be tracked but autocross work is on the plan.

if you want to be held better in your seat, get better seats rather than dangerous belts to hold you in better.

I have good seats, the harness bars are not dangerous for x-cross use, the track yes. I have seen the bars on 160,000 dollars porsches.

                Anyone seen the Sparco one?
