How do I remove my rear seat?

I am installing a new sub box In my 325I and I am having some trouble figuring out how to take off the backrest for the rear seat. I can't see any bolts to remove in the trunk and it doesn't seem like they are cliped in. could someone pleese help me out? I'm sure its pretty simple and I am just not seeing it, or it could be that I was somewhat shitfaced at the time. anyone want to help me out?

There are two bolts that hold it in at the bottom. Move some of the vinyl from the rear door cards out of the way and you'll see them. Then just lift straight up.

that makes alot of since, I didn't look that closley at the inside. I was going to remove the seat to punch out the ski pass thru, but I ended up just pounding on it from the trunk with a mallat till I broke all the spot welds. but now I want to bolt the box to through the firewall so it doesn't move around.
I also have another question I think you could help me out with. the box I got has a 10" fireing through the ski pass thru, do you think I need to get a rear seat with an arm rest? or do you think it will be ok without?
        thanks fo the quick response.
