About seam separation, get a half moon needle and some heavy duty thread and sew it up. Shouldn't be too hard.

Not sure how much they charge for just their dye but we got a renewal kit for my buddies e36 and it was around 240$. That includes leather softener, cleaner, prep kit And the dye.
Have you done it? How long does it take to do front and back seats?

If you want to match the color exactly, you should check out http://www.leatherique.com/oem-color-samples/bmw.html

They carry all the oem bmw colors. Its not cheap though but the quality is high. You can also find a color very close to yours through SEM.
What can I do about seam separation? Also can't seem to navigate that website very well, might be because I'm on an iPad, but how much is the dye, and does it work on panels too?

Then find the SEM color coat that matches your interior the best and voila.
Does that stuff fill the cracks? It says it fixes cuts too so how does that work? Also where can I get dye to match my interior color code?

    Dying cardinal seats

Is it possible? How will they look? They are vert seats and faded and somewhat cracking... But no rips
Working...
