    Clutch stop?

I got a UUC clutch stop for my car. I see thiers a round black plastic piece behind the clutch pedal. It looks to have a phillips head on it. Do I unscrew it to install the clutch stop?

Nah I had a gift card and had stuff coming from them anyways. I know you can make them cheaper.

E30 is still in shop but I installed it in my dads E24 it feels great. Just adds a totaly diffrent feel to car when clutch stops right where it needs to and you hit the next gear.

I don't know about you guys, but the time it will take me to go buy the parts and assemble and install it is worth more than $20.

Seconded. I don't really have a problem with paying $20 and having it delivered to my front door. By the time I've fought stop and go traffic for 20 minutes across town to Lowe's and bought the hardware, I've burned up close that much already. :D

I made a clutch stop (free, had the stuff laying around in my garage), and didn't really notice much of a difference. I guess it's because I had already learned where the clutch grabs, and I wasn't pressing it down farther then it needed to be.
