So I'm in the process of restoring the sport seats on my 325is. I've taken the rails and the tilt/height mechanisms off and have ascertained that my shocks are pretty much blown. I bought 1 pair each of tilt and vertical height shocks, but I'd like to spread all 4 shocks throughout both seats and save myself some money... I'm already $140 in. The backrest shocks are 500n so I believe this will be fine, especially since I'll use the best shock out of the blown set, but can I get away with one new vertical shock and still have the seat go up and down?
