Every time it rains i get a huge puddle of water that collects in the trunk. i replaced the seals for the trunk and the rear tail light but it is still filling up with water when it rains.

Id bet on the windsail grommets/seals. easy to test, just hold a hose to the sails while trunk open carpet out and see if coming down from the upper side.
We have also recently repaired two cars where the rear windshield gasket had shrunk/installed properly.sigpic
