    Swapping fabric inlays in doorcards.

I have an extra set of black houndstooth door cards and was thinking about replacing the fabric with something more interesting. does anyone have any ideas how to do this? has anyone done this?

Most people just glue the new cloth over the old, though that's probably not what you want to hear.
