    Refreshing Recaro Logo

    Hi All,

I have a set of Recaro Enjoys about to go in the touring, but the logos had been rubbed away to almost nothing. The rest of the seat was mint, so I didn't want to shag around with trying to take it apart to fix. I went to the local craft store and bought a dye pen for kids for writing on t-shirts. Here are the results!

I'm curious to see how long that will last before it starts rubbing off.

As long as it's an oil based paint it won't.
        Water based will.

Good to know. I'm far from an expert in this stuff, it just seems to me like the stock logo was more something that was "ironed" on (for lack of a better term, like a heat transfer of some sort) and that something colored in would wear out fast.
