can you replace a side parts ("body holders") in "IS"seats?

can you just replace the side parts without reupholstering it? Just replace a torn side part with a good one?

yes. I just recently did that at work on a euro m6. Just find a donor seat with the bolster you need in good condition. Disassemble the seat enough to remove the leather/fabric. Remove the torn piece from your seat and reassemble with new bolster piece.
