    Electric windows = bust :(

first post. woot. i drive a 3.18i '89 e30 convtertable... now i have various issues which ill share with you all later, but at the moment, its summer in the southern hemisphere, and i had to drive to uni this mourning....and my windows didnt work :(

yesterday i was fooling around on the passenger side, i took out the cubby to remove the side pannel and check on a speaker, which is moving around so much its touching the pannel... anyway... i took out the cubby, whihc is still out or on the floor, and my windows dont work : / there is NO POWER WHATSO EVER the lights on the buttons dont light up at all.

i checked the fuses, every thing is fine, no blown fuses ni the fuse box under the bonnet...

i searched for this kind of issue, and i learned there is a power switch, could i have tripped this switch by mistake while messing about ?... or is there maybe a seperate windows use? or relay.?

    thanks in advance

There is a breaker on the dash above the radio. Check that.

The late model cars had the breaker switch moved to the center console.
Is there a third switch right above one of the window switches? Push that switch, and see if the windows work.
