Can anyone confirm the part # for the sport seat back (in schwartz)?

I'm coming up with the same part # 52101924966 for both driver & passenger sport seat backs (black vinyl), but I know the passenger side has a slit for the recline lever.

Can anyone tell me for sure, the part #s for both the drivers and passenger side?
