Seat dissassembly problem

I have sport seats and i cant get the little spinny triangle off that controls the leg supports off. does it just pull off cause i tried but i ddnt wanna break it so i didnt pry it or anything. i need it off to get the black plastic cover off Please help.

It just pops off. Pry harder... possibly with two screwdrivers.

ok i got it thanks, i figured i just didnt wanna break it

You'll also have to pry pretty hard on the metal handle that pivots the seat to get it off.
