Where is the power window breaker in an early (85) car?

I have dead power windows. My fuse is good, but there's no power getting to my switches. Car is an 85 325e coupe. The Bentley manual wiring diagram shows a circuit breaker in between the fuse and the switches, but all it says is that it's located in the center console. Well, my center console is out, and all I can find is the connectors for the two switches, though I can't follow the wiring very far as it goes under the carpet. So, where the heck is this thing?

Its actually up above the radio around the defrost and hazard lights. Its probably roughish grey...
