What needs to be lined up during airbag wheel (re)installation?

I am putting my steering wheel back on after some dash work, cruise retrofit etc.

I've done it before but this time, the wheel is getting hung up with about 1/2 inch to go. What should I be looking for? Steering lock is disengaged.

I'm not sure what I changed but I think it moved in more. Does this gap look correct?



Does the clock spring need to be in any particular orientation?
