The way I did it is, dig through the foam on the back find the plastic "tabs" holding them on. Put a punch in the hollow center of the "tab" and hammer them out with a rubber mallet. I had to hit the punch really hard with the mallet.
To reinstall, I put the "tabs back through as far as I could get them and then grab with pliers and pull them through. Dig down through the foam again for this to get the pliers on and pull.

Sounds like a pain in the ass..lol just for plastic pieces..thanks though..there has to be an easier way, maybe not
