M-Tech II ///M Removal

Im getting my M-Tech II wheel reupholstered in the near future so i was curious about removing the M logo in the lower spoke of the wheel? I havent even really tried removing it, i dont want to break it lol but any info would be great!

Tiny screw driver, just top it off.

Replacement is easy - just push it back in.
