Anyone have to replace their inside door handles?

I did a bit of searching and came up empty. Anyone have to replace their interior handles? Both of my doors have broken outer rings AND the inner assembly where they are screwed in.

Other than pull them from a donor car, has anyone tried the RockAuto Uro Parts handles?

I would avoid Uro parts as a rule. BMW handles are something like $22 each and BMW surrounds are around $10 each or alternate brands like Hamburg are available for about half that.
