Seat options...I hate the sweaty back

I don't like the sweaty back that I get with the vinyl sport seats, regardless of the weather (and I am generally not a sweaty guy). What good options are there out there to avoid this problem? I have thought of recovering my seats in cloth, but not sure how much that is going to cost. Are there any easy fit seats from other cars that would be cloth that would look good and be less expensive than recovering mine? Any other suggestions?

I dont think they look very good, but there are sheep-skin insterts that fit sport seats to keep your back comfy (and probably less sweaty)... but you're stuck between a rock and a hard place with the vinyl.

Those seat vests look comfy....im holding back because i believe that the lateral thigh supports will be inaffective if you are sitting higher. Correct me if anyone has them, and my theory is wrong.

Have you gotten any quotes on just getting the centers redone? Its not that big of a job. What color are your sports?

I thought about that, but if I am going to recover anything, I need to do the entire seat. My side bolsters have a big wear mark in them.

I got a pair of sheepskin covers from sheepskin.com and am very happy with them. i got them for the same reason--I was tired of a sweaty back.
They work well to help with this problem, and also keep yoiu warm on cold mornings.

                Bead Seat!

Got vinyl? Get a bead seat! Ghetto? Yeah, but so are vinyl seats. They keep you off the plastic. (check your local parts place, AutoZone etc.) Until you get your seats recovered in leather with perforated seat and back, right, NOW get the beads in the mean time.

I've had seat vests on my leatherette sport seats and they worked well. I now use the BMW cloth seat covers which also work well. Its really a matter of taste IMO.
