Not cost effective at all. New skins, new foams, fix the cables, get new seat struts, fix the hinge, you spend ton of time and money and you still got old garbage seat. -
keeps oem. Nothing in restoration of cars is cost effective. I only weigh 160 so my seats are still in good condition. Its the PO's that I bought cars from that damaged the seats. meh.
After quick parts number search, looks like the vinyl covers for the lower part of seat are still available. But not the upper? Does anyone have part number for upper seat cover in beige vinyl? 318isRenting my rear wheel bearing tool kit. SIR
