Headliner around sunroof

Just finishing up the headliner in my touring.

Looked like this. Yuck



Got this foam piece out and cleaned it up



Wrapped it in a foam backed suede material



Put it in the car



Now I'm up to the sunroof part. The material isn't very stretchy. Does anyone have any tips for doing these inside corners? I'm probably going to separate the foam from the suede to make it easier to deal with. Does heating up material like this allow it to stretch easier without tearing?

heat will help any material stretch, but you need to be very careful and try it on a scrap piece first.
to get those corners done you will need to cut much closer to the corners plus make relief cuts around the corner.
hope you understand what im talking about. looks good by the way, clean, no wrinkles.
