custom shift boot

this is my custom shift boot.
not too bad for a first try and just guessing how to use a sewing machine

got some walmart fabric and made a template out of my old torn up boot
sewed it together and glued it to the mounting ring.

I may redo it later in a different fabric later but for now it matches my faded calypso car at least

A for effort, if you were to redo it you should try to get the fabric around the plastic frame of the boot a bit more taut

You could probably make a template for the fabric if you took an original boot, tore apart the stitching and the traced each panel of fabric onto whatever fabric you plan on making it out of
