Steering column angle?

Today I noticed that my steering column itself (including the wheel) does not sit perfectly straight. It seems to be angled sort of "toe in", so that it points to the right, instead of being parallel with a line going down the middle of the car.

Is this normal? And if not, how do I adjust it?

It is normal. Every car I have ever been in the steering wheel is off center and angled slightly.
