Analog clock disassembly - how?

Hi there, i came across those "Nürburgring restyled" analog clocks on the web:



... and decided that i want to do something similar to mine, however i can't disassemble it :/

So, what should be the next step, the hands maybe? How can i remove them? Thanks in advance.
