On our door seals. There is a fuzzy strip that seems to have no purpose. Any ideas? Has anyone trimmed it off? I just don't get it. Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

Isnt it some kind of gaurd to not scratch windows and not make noise when you roll em up and down as rubber would squeak after a while? Anyone else know?

To the original post. I'm talking about our door seals. It's the rubber moulding that goes allthe way around the door and holds the headliner and A pillar in place. Not the strip that rubs against the window glass.Comment
