Lower dash cover is loose

So I changed the ABS relay and brake light switch (brake warning light still on..) a couple days ago and now I notice the lower dash cover is loose and affecting the pedals.

Does anyone know how to secure the cover? I unscrewed the three quarter turn plastic screws on the top and wiggle the cover out when I did this.

The cover needs to slide into this plastic thing (circled in red). It should be on your steering shaft.

There are two clips. There's the one mentioned above and a second one to the left of the clutch pedal. The left one is made of metal and is attached to the firewall. Make sure to catch both as you slide the panel on.
