VW mk2 recaros mount from the bottom not the side - VW mk2 sliders will not mount to these since they have that center slide on the front and two in the rear that mount into the body of mk2 VW.

You will need different sliders to mount to these if you want to move back and forth for adjusting your seat.

If you can find them you can use e21 seat rails like these:


You use both of the circled sliders. remove the vw ones and bolt these to your recaro seat and presto they bolt onto your e30

Massive also sells adapters for your e30 rails, just in case you can't find the E21 sliders
