    Short interior lights

So the 30 has a short in the driver side interior light. I do not want to remove headliner however i do want to cap wore so the rest of that circuit works. My question to you guys is what side does the interior light go up? Right a pillar or left?

the wiring for the light is very basic, and the wiring is well protected, so nowhere for it to rub etc. would be surprised if you had a short anywhere other than in the bulb housing itself, which are known to be brittle and break by this age, particularly due to heat.

Unfortunately it is a blatened short the wire is lost somewhere in headliner and other lead is torn to shreds and too small to cap. And light fixture is gone
