Hey, what did you guys all pay for your tint jobs? I called a few places tonight, and got some pretty ranging prices:
Accent Window Tinting 384-1531
$180 - Lifetime warranty
Boise Window Tint 322-3312
$195 - forgot to ask about warranty
American Glass Tinting 344-4499
$175 - Lifetime warranty
Freestyle Auto Graphics 466-0337
$165 - Lifetime warranty
Street Art 343-3222
5213 Chinden Blvd
GARDEN CITY, ID 83714 - 1458
$150 - Lifetime warranty
I'll probably go with Street Art. They also explained how they put the tint on the rear windows, which tells me they know what they're doing - pretty damn cool to me.
I'm just trying to figure out if these places really do charge more because they are BMW's? I mean, tinting windows in these E30's can't be all that hard - the only hard window would be the rear one, I would think.- Sean HayesComment

those prices are the average price, no place will have an extreme difference in price....just quality. I prefer quality over price.......Comment

I tinted mine myself... I only payed $20.00 :D :D :D
and my warranty is that if something happens, I will make them my self again and save a lot of money :D1994 BMW 325 i/Canon Rebel XT/28-135mm IS f:3.5-5.6/Canon 50mm f:1.8

I do as well. When I check the cheapest place out, should I ask for some examples? I mean, I feel if they offer a lifetime warranty, it's all good, right?Originally posted by OOMPH!those prices are the average price, no place will have an extreme difference in price....just quality. Guess I should probably look at the terms for the warranty, huh?- Sean HayesComment

I got mine done for $150 with lifetime warranty agains fading/bubbling. I made sure to tell them to remove the rear board with speakers and the brake light attached in order to tint the whole window and not leave a cut out for the brake light. I think that looks lame IMO.Comment

I usually just ask my buddies where they got their cars tinted at, and if I like the work I go there. Some shops actually have computers, and they punch in the make, year, and model of your car and the tint comes out of a machine pre cut and perfect.Originally posted by SeanI do as well.
