    Seat Identification : Help Needed

From an '85 with blue carpet and all door panels to match, leading me to think original.

Sliders and seat back adjust. Pass has a rear passenger flip up lever. Driver has lumbar knob. Recessed headrests. BMW markings on some parts.

The sliders have been welded, leading me to think these are seats which have been modified. The fabric and piping are all throughout the car.. so it would have been a heck of an interior job.

No matching cloth insert on rear side panel though. None on fronts either?

Vinyl with cloth leads me to believe they're period correct or even earlier. May be BMW, but I've never seen them in an E30.

      Part #'s?

i have never seen an e30 seat like that where the head rest has a recessed cutout on the top of the back of the seat. my guess is those are not OEM.

also the second to last pic has two stamped sheet metal braces angling off. I've never seen that before on any BMW seat. my sport seats do not have them. looks too cheap for OEM.
