    SEATS!

I hate those seats. What can I do seatwise for my E30? I want leather. Are heated seats possible? Is the 2+2 configuration from the E30 M3 usable? What about the 2+2 configuration from the E24's?

    Thanks!

So where do I find nice leather sports seats, and matching rears? How much should I expect to pay?

up to $700 at a junkyard maybe.

I spent 516 on my redone sports from a junkyard and they threw in the rear seat for free but these are non M seats

Leather is nice, however vinyl (if taken care of) seems to last much longer than leather or cloth. I have yet to see a worn out seat bolster on a leatherette seat. As for sport seats they are nice, but it depends on what you plan on doing with the car. I'm planning on autocrossing this season so the sport seats will work well. If your cabrio is a boulevard cruiser then you don't need sport seats. Your rump will thank you.
