Euro clock making tach not work

So I recently bought a euro clock with a pigtail. I installed it with some help (i'm color blind) and now my Tach, interior comfort lights, trunk light, and the euro clock itself don't work. The clock is illuminated but will not work. I've checked my fuses with no luck. If anyone has an idea i'd greatly appreciate it.

You most likely installed it with the battery connected, and fried your Instrument Cluster circuit board.

The positive terminal was disconnected. I pulled my cluster and inspected the board thinking maybe that was the issue too. Would a bad board cause all my other lights not to work and also the clock?
      Thanks again
