I've been searching around and have seen some unique and some custom interiors. U.S. e30's mtechnic, and m3? had full leather options for the center console, as well as the full leather dash.
It looks like other countries had those options in the motorsport and mtech's. I've taken a look at RealOEM, separate part numbers are listed for the ashtray colors. anthracite and schwarz seemed to have a couple of numbers.. silber and natur were available..
In europe, were silber and natur center consoles available in non leather varieties? The different colored ashtrays seem to be really hard to come by too. Were they plastic or covered with leather?
To sum all these questions up: Were there different colored center consoles both leather or non-leather in the european market?- ex. e28 M5 has tan center console, ashtray. That tan ashtray does have a different part number from the e30 tan ashtray.
