Rusted seat rails - can't slide

I am trying to remove comfort seats from a 1991 e30. The seat rails are rusty and will not allow the seat to slide in order to get at the bolts.

Any suggestions that will work ?

Spray them down with penetrating oil and try again later. 50/50 mix of acetone and ATF works better than any off the shelf product.

Make sure you are sitting in the seat when trying to move it. Much more effective when your body weight is put into it.

Also, make sure the rod connecting from one side to the other is there or else the handle will only unlock one side.
