has anyone made any of the interior lights brighter? im talking about the dome lights, turnk light, and instament cluster lights in particular. Maybe some led's for the cluster lights?

i'd like to brighten my cluster lights too, but i've heard that over-wattage bulbs can melt the cluster or sockets.

can anyone, ahem... shed some light on this?

yeah thats why i was thinking led's, as they dont generate any heat i dont think?

cluster bulbs should be 3-watts ...5-watt bulbs will definitely melt the cluster thing ...there are some brighter dome light bulbs available however...

edit: the wedge-style led bulbs don't throw enough light out in all directions to illuminate the whole cluster...

does anyone know if there are any of theses bulb types that are smaller then the stock 5007 bulbs?

1156 = 1073 = 7506 bulbs
1157 = 1034 = 2057 bulbs
3157 = 3057 = 3457 bulbs
3156 = 3056 bulbs
7440 bulbs
7443 bulbs

and what do you guys think if these junk or not
