Radio trim removal and digital clock question

So today I went to put my new radio in. But couldn't get the trim off. Where are the screws at that hold the trim on? I don't wanna break it.

Then decided to add my new digital clock in the 6 button obc. But there's / wires I can't find. How do I hook this clock up?
