Nardi hub adapters

I want a cool looking NRG short hub quick release to go with a Nardi wheel. but the options are really confusing. NRG works with Nardi and Momo? Or just Momo?

IF it can help, momo is 6 x 70mm and Nardi is 6 x 74mm. So to work with both it must have a dual bolt pattern

thanks, yea thats what was confusing, both are 6 bolt just different orientation.
