    wood trim

Anyone ever tried doing there one interior wood trim? I am trying to do somthing with my interior and since wood is easy to work with and cheeper than alternatives such as carbonfiber it would be the best route to take.

That would look pimp with a wood steering wheel! There's those sets on ebay, if you feel like its worth the money, then go for it.

I actually think if you did the wood pieces, then painted them gloss black, it would look pretty good

It looks out of place, with everything else being kinda old and non-luxe looking. Maybe with some plush leather seats and the like, it would be cool though!

Whoa, that looks pretty sweet. It looks good even though its ann old car, kinda classy. I was thinking more of a DIY wood trim job, I've got some experience working with wood so it wouldn't be all that hard and a lot cheeper than an ebay kit.

Its not a great pic, but this is what I meant when I said that it reminded me of a Maserati...

In a tan interior it would be tolerable but i think its looks freakish in black.

Alpina did thier cars in wood trim also, a route I wont be taking.
