What do you guys think of these seats?

Well, when I got my sport seats in my old E30 retrimmed, I thought I would love them. But while they looked great, they were just a little too narrow for me. I'm by no means overweight, but I'm a big guy (6'1") and I always felt like I was sitting on top of the side bolsters. These are the ones I have been lusting after lately:

    What do you think?

I like 'em. Remind me a lot of the E21 Recaros. How much do they go for? Do they fold forward for easy rear seat access?

I was going to buy Corbeaus...

        Dont
They are shit. the cloth is thin, the padding wears out, recline mechanisms are cheesy.

Save your $$ and buy some nice Sparco's or Momo's.

I think they look pretty sweet. But I'd take Chris' advice, it seems as if he has had experience with them.

Hmmm, thanks for the review Chris. I may have to do a little more research. Recaro's are what I REALLY want.

Get Recaro, you wont be happy until you do. Just admit it.

SRDs/Speeds > Sparco IMHO. SO much more comfortable. Even my skinny ass though the hip bolsters were too thin on the Sparcos.
                    Im now E30less.

Yeah, I think I'm definitely going to have to go with Recaro's for sure. I just wanted those Corbeau's because they looks so much like that old-skool Recaro style.

I've always lusted after Recaro's, and my mission with this new car is not to settle for anything half-ass that I want to mod. I ended up doing that a lot with the last car, and I really want to go all the way with this one.

Why not look for a pair of the old school recaro's on eBay or something?

There's a Seat Buyers Guide in the May european car. There's brief desciptions of about 17 different brands/types of seats - that might help you out.
