Nasty passenger carpet, suggestions to clean?

So my driver side front and rear carpet areas are overall in decent shape. However my passenger side looks like a child birth took place. Any suggestions on cleaning this up? I don't mind just getting another carpet, but would at least like to give a solid effort first. I've also got a grease style spot on my headliner that I'd like to try to abolish.

folex + Bissell little green machine worked wonders for all carpets home & car use.

Spray folex onto carpet, then use the bissell solution in the little green machine. You will be amazed on how much will come out.

I had a pretty grungy tan carpet that came out of my 84 318i. I pulled it out, soaked it down in Simple Green and carpet cleaner. Pressure washed it out. That pretty much took all the stains out. I spot cleaned with carpet cleaner and a bristle brush to get anything left and then pressure washed one final time. Turned out really nice.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I convinced the wife we need a spot treat green machine for the house. I'll give that a try and see how well it cleans up.
