    Rear view mirror removal Q's and

    Can't figure out how to get the mirror off and I am converting my sunroof to electric, aren't these pre wired ?

    Pull on it until it comes off. It's spring loaded in there. Just yank on it.

      Thanks I got it out by twisting it. What about manual roof cars being wired for electric roof from the factory? Is this true? If not where should I tie in?

        Not true. I beleive you can tie into the appropriate wire under the dash though.

          hmm.Which wire would that be? I am fairly familar with the wire behind the dash.

            Figured it out, the green wire with a blue stripe is positive, and jst ground to the chassis. Oh and it is the same plug as the one for the s/r so, I guess it IS pre wired.
